Becoming who I came here to Be.

Hi, I’m Sibylle Jud,

A transformational coach, a guide through life’s thresholds, and a steward of the sacred in-between—the liminal space where the old no longer fits and the new hasn’t yet arrived.

This is the space where deep truth begins to stir.
Where identity unravels.
Where everything feels uncertain… but rich with possibility.

It’s also the space where I do my best work.

My own journey has never followed a straight path. I’ve been a photographer, a yoga teacher, a retreat leader, a mother, a woman reborn more times than I can count. I’ve walked through the long tunnels of anorexia, divorce, and personal reinvention—not as things to fix, but as invitations to come home to myself.

And that’s the path I hold open for others now.

I was born and raised in Switzerland and came to New York City at age 20 with a backpack and an adventurous spirit. I studied photography by day and learned the deeper lessons of life by working in cafés, jewelry studios, darkrooms, and yoga spaces.

Yoga became a lifeline, and eventually a calling. My husband and I built a yoga studio and community center where we raised our two sons—and began to anchor the values I live and coach by: presence, courage, authenticity, and the creative sacred.

I didn’t chase a career in coaching. It found me—through the wildness of my own becoming. I’m a certified Feminine Power Coach (2018), with additional training in trauma-informed yoga, breathwork, Positive Intelligence, meridian massage, and subconscious reprogramming.

But beyond the certifications, my work is rooted in lived experience, emotional depth, and intuitive presence. I don’t teach from theory—I guide from truth.

Clients come to me when they’re no longer willing to perform, people-please, or pretend…
But they don’t yet know who they are without the mask.

Together, we navigate that sacred space of becoming.
We unlearn the noise.
We rewire safety.
We remember who you came here to be.

This isn’t self-help.
It’s soul return.

You don’t need to be fixed.
You need space to feel, remember, and begin again.

I believe that we are all here to live fully, create abundantly, and share our gifts—and I am here to walk with you as you remember how.
